The staff is amicable, the breakfast excellent, the location is perfect just next door to th city center and the shopping mall, the Park in Iguazú, Argentina, and Brazilian falls as well as Argentinian side. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! They have delicious beverages in the poolside bar. The services are exceptional, including a nice pool. Need to be mentioned that it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

I appreciated my room - fantastic with jacuzzi. The location is favourable, near a bus stop. The place is 20 mins walk to the city center.

I loved the deluxe apartment and had a very pleasant stay. It was an absolutely perfect location just next door to the Park in Iguazú, Argentina, the Cataratas shopping center and the restaurant. Easily reached Sauna Relax, located at a medium distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

I keep coming back to this hotel as it has everything I need - free parking, Wi-Fi, massage, game room, pool. The staff's wake-up call on my first stay was especially memorable. See you again for Easter!

The hotel and room was not Luxurious as said at reservation. But it was OK, The shower could be better. Also the juices at breakfast was very artificial.

The hotel's leisure options were superb: a playground, games room, and 2 pools. The location was also convenient, with shopping malls nearby.

I loved not being able to sleep peacefully due to the noisy kids running around all day. So relaxing.

Warm rooms .

The waitress on the evening shift could not speak any english so did not understand we wanted bread with our soup order.The billing clerk tried to charge us an extra 10% tax which was already included to our quoted internet booking. She did remove it , but did not acknowledge her mistake.

We had a great stay at Falls Galli. The pool was fantastic for relaxing after a long day exploring. The staff went above and beyond to recommend local restaurants and arrange taxis. I highly recommend this hotel.

Service was poor, because hotel employees didn´t skoken english - restorant, bar, "tripdesk" - only staff of the reception spoke english. Iguazy is international place, so it would reasonable that You will get somekind of service with english language.

Noisy music playing until late.

Great value for money. The pool area was fantastic, and there were many activities for families with children. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel staff offered excellent assistance with transportation.

Not one thing.

The breakfast was a great way to start my day with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruit juices. The pool area was a perfect place to relax and unwind, offering plenty of sun loungers and a refreshing pool to cool off in. I really appreciated the free shuttle offered by the hotel which made it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient for those without a car. It was quite far from the local attractions and the main town, making it difficult to access on foot.
